Can Akt-4 Be Taken While Trying To Conceive?

we have been trying for 2nd baby for 3 yrs. i have undergone laroscopy for endometriosis 5 months back and tissue sample was sent for tb culture .report states mott infection.mycobacterium other than tuberculosis. My doctor said medication not reqiured.I showed my reports to other gynaecologist she prescribed akt4 for 6 months .I am confused what to do .Can i take akt4 if iam trying to conceive.
