Can Allegra And Sinarest Be Taken Together For Treatment Of Tonsillitis?

Dear Doctor, I am having tonsils for a month now. I am a smoker what medicines should I take. I ve heard that Allegra and Sinarest works good if one takes together and gargles with bitadine helps. Please tell me wether I should take these three together?
