Can Althea Pill Withdrawal Cause Acne?

hello doc... i have been taking althea pills for two years...and last october, 2014 , i stopped taking because my husband is away on his job.. then after 2 months of not taking it, acne have started to break out on my face most especially on the jaw area... do u think my stopping of taking the pill have caused the acne? what should i do about it? how will i cure my breakout? thank you!
