Can Aspirin Intake Cause Hissing Sound In Ears?

My boyfriend has a hissing sound in one of his ears. He went to see a doctor and found that it was bleeding. However, my question is, is the real problem caused taking aspirin as he has heart problems too. Can the hissing heal for about a week with the drop given to him?
