Can Asprin And Atenolo Have An Impact On The Methadone Test Result?

I have been taking Methadone for over 4 years for 3 dislocated discs in my lower back. I am able to be a grandmother and great grandmother and work daily with this help.. I came up with a negative result for the methadone.. I was told to inform my new doctor ( the other retired) that they needed to do an Expanded test but still came up negative.. I did all the other tests for drugs and alcohol and I am confident that they came up negative... I take multi vitamins, 81 mg aspirin, Atenolol, Benadryl, and Flonaise.. And occasional Colon Cleanser .. can any of these effect my testing ???? YYYY@YYYY
