Can Azithral Tablets Be Taken For Fever,cold And Sneezing?

I am 63 years old male working, from yesterday evening i am having slight fever & colds, snezeeing, along with body ache. I started taking paracetamol tablets 1 tab twice daily, I am having Azithral500 tablets with me, may take this medicine & what will be the dose.
