Can B12 Deficiency Cause Tingling Sensation In Feet And Legs?

I have been laying awake at night with tingling in my feet and legs and sometimes in my hands. Is this B12 deficiency or something more serious? I don t eat red meat. I m 64 female. I probably eat more sugar than I should but |i don t think I am diabetic, I am otherwise healthy
