Can BPH With Slow Urination Be Treated With TURP?

I am 62 and I am having BPH for the last six years. Presently using Flotral 10mg 1tab after dinner along with 2 PROSTINA Ayurvedic capsules (Dey's Pharmaceuticals). Urine flow is still low. No other symptoms. Kindly advise for improvement. Does TURP gives permanent relief? --Kamaraju, Hyderabad
