Can Baby Aspirin Cause Nosebleed?

My Cardioligist told me some years back that I should take a baby asperin with my evening meal every day. I have for a few years. Can that cause nose bleeding? I ve never had any problem with nose bleed, but it just cropped up. First the right side bleed a little and then the left side. Joe Reinhart
