Can Bayer Back And Body Extra Strength Be Taken For Backache?

I fractured my lower back the last of June by trying to lift something to heavy, then I fell on 9/11 and fractured my left foot and upper T-thoracic, I was on 10mg Hydrocodone but have been able to cut back so now I am taking Hydrocodone 2.5mg at night only and during the day I am taking Ibuprofen 200mg 2times a day about 6 hours apart. I wanted to know if I could take Bayer Back & Body extra strength since it has caffeine in it and I heard that Caffeine helps with inflammation.
