Can Benadryl Be Continued For RSV And Ear Infection In An Infant?

My 6 month old has RSV and a double ear infection. She is taking 400mg of amoxicillin 2x daily and albuterol breathing treatments twice a day. Can I continue to give her benedryl at night? This was how we were treating symptoms prior to hospital visit.
