Can Bendex Suspesion Be Given To A Toddler For Recurring Stomach Pain And Fever?

Hello Doctor, My 2 1/2 year old daughter has been complaining of stomach pain for a few days now. She also has fever which comes on and off and cold, cough and runny nose. I have been giving her relent 2.5ml twice daily and lansoprazole tablets once a day. It has been 3 days since I have given her the tablets and see no relief. I am wondering if I should give her Bendex suspension 10 ml. If yes, when should I give ? Can it be during the day ? Thanks you.
