Can Cefadur Be Taken For Periungual Eczema?

hi i'm 45yrs female rightnow one dr has diagnosed my left toesnai problem as periungual eczema,it became worse within 3-4 days,hehas priscribed Cefadur 500mg,xyzal 5Tand clomete-F ointment,please tell me should i take the prescribed medicine as i'm allergic to penicilline??what should i take now??
