Can Celex Cause Extreme Emotional Mood Swings?

can celex keep someone from feeling emotions like love? I have been seeing someone for almost a year back in September he tried to commit suicide because of an ex trying to ruin his career and harrassing him. He almost lost it all he sent to a mental hospital for a week and they put him on Celexa. Before then he was able to tell me how he felt and our relationship was progressing. After he got the medication he shut down and he said he has feelings for me some days and others not. We don't have sex because he can get an errection but can't finish. Just wanting to know if this because of the medication or do I need to move on.
