Can Cilest Be Used Instead Of Dianette For Irregular Periods?

Hello.

I had been given a 3 month prescription for the pill (DIANETTE tablets) for 3 months for irregular periods, the first two packets went fine however my pharmacy mixed my third packet up and gave me a different brand pill (CILEST)
I didn't realise I should have skipped the gap week and went straight to the next pill.

I did have my 7 gap week and then took the first cilest pill on the 8th day. I had 'sex' on the 8th day during (the day my period was ending). When I say sex, my partner penetrated me but pulled out and did not ejaculate but I'm still worried about pre-ejaculation.

Took the morning after pill the next day around 12 pm, pharmacist told Me still in the 24 hour period. Haven't told my doctor about the emergency contraception (for personal reasons) but told her of the switch in medications. See said to stay taking the 21 tablet cilest.

Still worried about pregnancy though!
