Can Cilest Cause Stomach Pains With Nausea?

Hi I am a female 17, and have been on the oral contraceptive pill (cilest) for about four courses. I recently started my fifth course after taking the 7 day break (taking the pill before I go to bed) and have started to get bad stomach pains as well as nausea in the middle of the night. When I first started taking the pill nausea was common at around the same time for the first few days, but it seems strange that stomach pains have randomly started. Should I consult my doctor?
