Can Ciprofloxacin Cause Menstrual Cycle Problems?

I took cipro antibiotic for 30 days for sinus infection that would not go away; this is my first period after completing the antibiotics and I started this period January 18, 2011 and I still am having a light period. Could the antibiotic be causing this. I have never had a menstrual cycle problem. I am 46.
