Can Citalopram And Propranolol Be Continued During Pregnancy?

I ve just done 2 pregnancy tests...they re both positive, which is great news if it is correct. How accurate are the basic pregnancy tests? Another worry is I take citilopram 20 mg and also propranalol when I feel anxious. What should I do about taking these? I don t want to harm the baby. Many thanks.
