Can Clindamycin Worsen PVCs Or Pose Cardiac Risks Like Sudden Death, Especially While Taking Carvedilol For Sinus Tachycardia?

Hello, I was prescribed Clindamycin for a skin abscess. I’m wondering if there are any possible cardiac side effects. I take carvedilol for sinus tachycardia and also have pvc’s. I’ve taken one dose and it seems like my pvc’s have increased a bit since the dose. Is this a typical side effect? Does clindamycin have a risk of sudden cardiac death? Should I stop taking the medication and contact my dr tomorrow? Thanks.
