Can Clomid Cause False Positive Pregnancy Test Result?

Hi, my period is 3 days late I've taken 5 home pregnancy test all were positive. My question is in December my doctor had me on clomid 50mg day 5-9 on my cycle. My period was Dec. 12-19, I took clomid on 12/17-12/21. Can clomid give me a false positive pregnancy test?
