Can Combunex Be Taken Safely For Positive PCR Test?

I have been married for 9yrs. I have a 7 yrs old girl. since 2005 till 2010 i have had 2 miscarriages and 2 etopic pregnancies both the tubes were treated medically. i recently got my pcr done and doctor adviced r-cin, combunex and spiryamicin. After having the medicne for fifteen days i felt nausea and doc advice combunex daily and spiryamicin alternate days. is it safe i am also having a liver tonic.
