Can Copper T Cause Irregular Periods Causing Hematometra?

please i m 28years old,i had a baby 4yrs ago and i did familyplanning(copper t)for 2yrs afterwhich i removed it but since then my period has been irregular.i went for scan and the doctor said he suspect hematometra.iv been trying to conceive to no avail,pls what is the solution to this
