Can Cortisone Shots In Shoulder Cause Blurred Vision?

My son developed blurry eye sight and the eye doctors all tell him his eyes are ok, but he cant see very good..Can cortizone shots in the sholder do that , and he also has a spine stimulator inplanted in his back but that has been there for 7 years....what do you think the blurry eye sight is from....
