Can Depo Effect Chiari Malformation?

Hi, I have Chiari Malformation, and I'm wanting to go on Depo Provera due to PCOS and Endometriosis. My gp/nurologist is trying to find out if Depo will effect my Chiari (i.e. stroke side effect), but I'm heading into my 3rd menstrual cycle and can't take much more. Do you have any idea?
