Can Disprin Cardiocare Be Taken With Perindopril And Ridaq?

I am diagnosed heart and kidney failure but I don't know the status of my kidneys yet but heart rated unhealthy 43%. I'm on treatment of 1perindopril,1ridaq,3ferobes,1adalat and all of these I'm taking it in the morning and 1/2 of aspirin is daily and 1 simvastatin at night. Now can I also take disprin cardiocare? Is it not harm to my kidneys? But I am not in dialysis and I've never done it.
