Can Dolo 650 Help In Treating The Backpain Due To Osteoporosis?

My mom who is 82 yrs old had a fall last year and the doctor had suggested reat and Dolo650. The medicatio helped her. As she has oestoporosis, she takes 1 paracetamol daily for her back pain. But from yesterday , she is complaining of pain on the right side...it could be because of a new belt she started wearing. Will starting Dolo650 help her? Please suggest..thank you very much..Patti
