Can Dynolap Be Taken For Itching And Swelling On Skin?

HI, I am having a type of reddish swelling just below my skin specially on feet and palm. Its painful and itchy. I am going to a skin specialist who has given me a medicine DYNOLAP 5 daily one tablet. I am having the medicine for the past 6 weeks. In between I have reported to the doctor thrice. The allergy continues. As per doctor's advice I am not eating any types of nuts, brinjal, tomato, lady finger, fish, egg and any other foor containing ajino moto or food colours. But still I am having the allergy, though lesser. Can you guide me whether the treatment is in the right direction
