Can Electral Or Enerzal Be Used By Diabetics?

Is there a substitute of Electral or Enerzal for diabetic patients? My mom has diabetes and she feels low on energy level sometimes and electral helps to boost her energy and she feels good and hydrated. But Electral and Enerzal both have some kind of sugar so I was wondering if there would be some substitute.
