Can Epidural Injection Elevate PSA Level While Having Prostate Cancer?

hello. i have prostate cancer. january, my psa was 5.0 february, i had an epidural injection in my back for back pain. today, my psa is 59. can that injection make my psa level rise? i ve been on xtandi for the past 2 years and my psa has always been low.
