Can Essure Implants Cause Side Pains With Dizziness?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have gotten dizzy alot over the last couple of months. It doesn't matter what i am doing it just randomly its me. i do have any ear pains or anything. I had essure implants done 4 years ago and have bad pains in my sides. Could this be the reason for my dizziness too?
