Can Flector Patches Be Used For Back Pain?

Had trigger point injections {4) on Monday because of back spasms. I m 71 yrs old and in decent health, have hypertension and take meds which keep in under control. Can I use Flector patches for the spasms since the injs didn t seem to work too well?
