Can Flucloxacillin Be Taken For Impetigo On The Lip?

i went to doc after what i thought was a small coldsaw smaller than a penny on my lip wouldnt go . the doc said it looked like impetigo and prescibed 500mg of flucloxacillin 1 4 x a day . i since read packet instructions and see 500mg is for more severe infections. i have been feeling very tired since taking and now wonder if this is too big a dose for such a small problem .
