Can Fluconazole Be Taken Along With Terbinafine To Cure Onychomycosis?

I have been treating an Onychomycosis of the finger nails for 2 months with daily intake of terbinafine 250mg + ciclopirox nail lacquer every nite. I have seen some improvment after the first months and since then i feel that there is no progress. My dermatologist advised me to go on 2 more months with the treatment. Can i take fluconazole once a week 300mg on top of the daily terbinafine, to cover a wider spectrum?
