Can Fuciden Cream Heal Small, Red Bumps On The Head Of Penis?

Hi I have developed small red bumps on the head of my penis. I recently got STD tested and came up completely negative. I have done some research and it seems to be balanitis. I have fuciden cream and have been applying since they showed up. I was wondering if I could get some advice on any other ways that could speed up the process. There is no pain just a grouping of small red bumps on the head.
