Can Glucovance Be Taken Before Lunch Time To Reduce Hypoglycemia?

I am 65 years old and live in Singapore. I have been taking glucovane for 5 years. I will take my glucovance before breakfast. After 1 hour I will go for a daily walk for one hour. I had hypo and reading of less than 3.6 mmol/L most of the time. Can I take glucovance before lunch time to reduce the hypoglycemia.
