Can HCG Drops Give False Positive Pregnancy Test?

hi, Im taking the non-homeopathic HCG drops and i had taken a pregnancy test today and it came back positive. should i wait 24 hours and take another one, keep taking the drops or stop all together if i am pregnant i dont want to hurt the baby but i dont know for sure if im ACTUALLY pregnant.... does HCG give false positives alot?
