Can HCV Get Transmitted After Being Pricked By A Used Scalpel?

Hello, I am an orthopaedic surgeon, I was operating on a HCV positive patient when a smart nurse accidentally directed a used scalpel towards me. The scalpel penetrated my palm only by its tip. I was wearing triple sets of latex gloves. I removed the gloves immediately to find a very small wound almost like a needle prick. The wound oozed some blood. I washed my hands with petadine shampoo and applied some alcohol to the wound. I was wandering about my risk to contact HCV and if I need to have to investigate it.
