Can HIV Be Transmitted If A Nurse Reused A Cotton Ball With Fresh Blood From A Previous Patient On My Vaccine Site?

I went for recieving vaccine today. I m anxious if I contracted hiv if nurse accidentally reused cotton ball on my puncture wound after giving vaccine. So I m worried if it contained fresh blood of previous patient who recieved vaccine 1 min ago. Can cotton ball transmit hiv if it was used on patient before me 1 min ago and if it contained fresh blood of patient?
