Can HIV Be Transmitted Through Drinking Cold Coffee Or Milkshake If HIV-positive Blood Is Accidentally Mixed In It?

Hi Doctor, I have a few queries related to HIV transmission. Since I have a fear of HIV. 1. Does HIV transmit through drinking Chilled Cold coffee or chilled milk shake( assume HIV positive blood is mixed on this chilled and cold coffee or milkshake) and I drink that immediately. Does cold temperature retain virus to alive? Any possible to transmit HIV in this way?? 2. While sitting on Western toilet for poop, my penis sometimes touch the surface of the toilet seat basin frequently ( assume some HIV positive person just used same Western toilet and his urine spread accross the toilet basin, and immediately I used and where my penis touched his urine on the toilet basin) Does this poses a HIV risk? Does HIV transmit in this way? Do I need to take HIV test based on the above 2 situations? Thanks in advance.
