Can HSG Report Confirm The Level Of Blockage Of Fallopian Tubes?

I have five years old one daughter with caesrian delivery due to cod in her neck. After that I could t conceive again. my all reports are normal but hsg report tells I ve one tube fully blocked other one is ok. but i couldn t get success. my uterus and overy are functioning well. I doubt for tubes suggest some medicines.
