Can HSG Result Of Bilateral Cornual Block Be Incorrect?

I am 31 yr old..I had HSG and my reports result bilateral corneal block ..so my question is...is there any chance of false report as sometimes bcoz of pain all the muscles get contract and the medicine injected doesnt get flow in the Fallopian tubes.kindly solve my query I am too much confused.Thank you
