Can I Conceive Naturally With Single Ovary/fallopian Tube?

12/20/10 i lost my right fallopian tube and in 1999 i lost my left ovary, will i still be able to conceive naturally? Me and my husband have been trying for 3 months. I tried Clomid for 1 month and didn't like the side affects. Please give me some options with out IUI or IVF
