Can I Email You And Can't Really Tell But Long

Can I email you and can't really tell but long story short because of the use of too much chemicals my skin turned horrible and really bad my pimples that weren't even pimples JSUT really small and not noticible turned very bad and my dark spots near my chin are super flaky and rough please help
