Can I Fall Pregnant Before I Get The Fibroids Removed?

I have my my report which reads: Non gravid anterveteted bulky uterus measuring about 98mmx66mmx68mm with regularly outlined echopattern but non hamogenonous myometrial echotesture due to intraterine hypochoic masses measuring about 20mmx20mm (biggest) and 7mmx5mm (smallest) seen.

Endometrial echo appears a thin strip. No adnexa pathology seen. pouch of Douglas appears fluid free. Sonographic features suggestive of: intramural myoma seeds.



Can I fall pregnant before I get the fibroids removed and if I can how safe will it be for the baby>
