Can I Get HIV From Unprotected Sex And Oral Sex If All Partners Tested Clean?

i once had three different relationships with three different girls , and the first two girls we didn’t go far we just did oral sex(blowjobs) but the last girl we did both oral sex and the real sex but without protection and all the girls are clean and the one i had sex with is also clean so i was asking is there a chance of getting any effect or HIV??
