Can I Get A False Positive For Cocaine From A

Can I get a false positive for Cocaine from a Fungus that my gastroenterologist found in my esophagus? Or my liver.? All I know is that after he performed an endoscopy....He said "You can live with one kidney and one lung......But, you can't live without your LIVER!!!! He was very perturbed!
