Can I Get My Period Before Completing The Two Week Duphaston Course While Having Cramps And Back Pain After 10 Days Of Use Post-ovulation?

Iam taking duphaston 10mg after follicular rupture my dr advice me to take for 15day but now 10day complete of duphaston my back pain and abdominal cramp start, symptoms like periods does it periods symptoms or what , without complete does of duphaston there is a chance of period??
