Can I Get Pregnant Or Have Implantation Bleeding After Taking Emergency Contraception 72 Hours After Oral Sex During My Period?

I had and oral sex with my boyfriend on my second day of my period aand i Took emergency contraceptive pills within 72 hours after the oral sex .. I just found out after 8 days of my period i had a bleeding is it an implantation bleeding? Will im able to get pregnant?
