Can I Have An IVF Having Detected A Cystic Ovary?

Hi,

I had a pre treatment scan for IVF and they detected a cyst in my right ovary and a large cyst in my left ovary and fluid around the left ovary. There was also blood present in both cysts. I have always had painful heavy preiods but previous checks have never detected any signs of cysts. I am seeing the consultat in a couple of weeks but the nurse did advise they may call me in sooner and I may need an operation. I would like to know more about the fluid and also if the blood in the cysts is a problem? Thanks Paula
