Can I Increase Bigomet SR Intake From Once To Twice Daily To Control Sugar Levels That Are Slightly Elevated During IVF Treatment?

My wife taking IVF treatment. She is using medicines for that purpose. Previously, she don't have diabetic symptoms. After starting treatment her sugar levels slightly increased. Doctor prescribed Bigomet sr 500mg tablet (one at night). Today she checked her glucose level using Gluco meter. Her glucose levels are: fasting: 106, 1.5 hour after breakfast : 153. Can she use two Biogomet tablets per day? Please suggest to maintain normal sugar levels.
